We Are Coming
SOON

Auryanna Ascue is a Charleston native and a proud graduate of Charleston County School of the Arts. She is currently pursuing a degree in Journalism at Hampton University, where she aims to begin her career as a reporter for a major news network, with the long-term goal of becoming a news anchor.
Her ultimate vision is to launch her own news station that prioritizes hiring African American reporters, anchors, and producers. This summer, Auryanna is producing an episode series titled “Changing Charleston,” which will explore the ongoing issue of gentrification in her hometown.
Through this project, she will spotlight community voices, raise awareness, and spark dialogue about the cultural and economic shifts reshaping the city.
