Okeeba-2243.jpg

H.E.A.L Founder

Okeeba Jubalo is a multidisciplinary fine artist, serial entrepreneur, and executive creative director who has spent decades using culture as a catalyst for community growth. A native of Charleston who returned home after nearly thirty years in Atlanta, Okeeba’s career is rooted in a profound commitment to holding space for the truth, independent media, and community-centered storytelling. As a visionary leader, he has founded several influential platforms, including NobleSol Art Group, the Okeeba Jubalo Gallery, and the 3C Network Experience, bridging the gap between fine art, strategic branding, and cultural preservation. Okeeba is the founder and driving force behind the H.E.A.L. (Husbands, Entrepreneurs, Artists, and Leaders) movement. Recognizing a profound need for authentic spaces where men can unpack the unique intersections of leadership, creativity, business, and family, he created the H.E.A.L. Panel to foster genuine dialogue, vulnerability, and mutual support. For Okeeba, true leadership begins at home, and his work with H.E.A.L. reflects his deep dedication to his family and his mission to empower the next generation of creative leaders. Whether through a solo/group exhibitions, community magazines, or a national panel, Okeeba’s life work remains dedicated to elevating his community, honoring culture, and creating sustainable ecosystems for creators and leaders alike.

Managing Partner

Johnny Clarkson learned early on that having a natural artistic gift and a deep appreciation for creativity doesn’t automatically mean your path ends as an artist. After years of independently creating and selling his art through local festivals, street vending, and immersive experiences within the creative community, Johnny discovered that the business behind the arts was just as inspiring as the art itself. While studying visual communications, he developed a passion for the systems, strategy, and storytelling that help bring creative visions to life. For Johnny, being part of the vehicle that elevates artists and their work is both financially rewarding and spiritually fulfilling. With more than 20 years of experience spanning visual art, branding, creative direction, and arts administration, he has built a career rooted in connecting creativity with opportunity. Today, as Executive Digital Director for NobleSol Art Group, Johnny finds his greatest joy in helping artists across multiple disciplines showcase their talents, expand their visibility, and build meaningful connections through the power of art and culture. Beyond his professional achievements, he is equally devoted to his personal life as a dedicated husband and father, drawing purpose and inspiration from his family in everything he does.
